umm no not all girls break into giggles when they make eye contact with guys.... just the immature ones :) I either smile politely or look away without "giggling".... i duno even if i like a guy i wouldn't giggle like an idiot.... and if i didn't like him I think he at least deserves the decency to be treated with respect :) It is possible either she likes you.... or the exact opposite, girls can give pretty mixed signals at times :)...

Guys are visual creatures. We like to look at nice things. I love looking at my girlfriend when she wears revealing clothes. It really doesn't bother me when other guys look. So, in short. Guys like to look at girls when they dress reveling. Boy shorts and a thin strap top always gets me going. Where are all the boys shorts ladies....
